Florida Bar Certified as a Labor and Employment Law Specialist

Jason Gunter was Board Certified by the Florida Bar in Labor and Employment Law in 2004. Certification is the highest level of evaluation by The Florida Bar of an attorney’s proficiency, knowledge, skills, professionalism and ethics within a given area of law. To earn certification, an attorney must undergo a rigorous application process that involves a written exam, peer review, extensive education within the field and demonstration of involvement in the specialty area. Only Florida board certified lawyers are permitted to identify themselves as specialists or experts.
